| (UPDATE 11-16-2007 - Re/Max international has been keeping track of this site. Because of that they are now informed of all this information we have brought to light. We are sure, being the well respected company they are, that they will promptly take care of these issues. We know Dave Liniger would have never allowed his registered federal trademark to be pirated by another company, as he defends his Re/Max trademark with vigor. We also know that Mr. Liniger and Re/Max International know Bob Todd and Kelli Todd personally because they are listed in his book "Everybody Wins" on page xxvi. So now that this has been brought to light we are sure Re/Max International has franchise and trademark policies and will take corrective action on all these issues. They know its not legally or ethically right to do what has been done by this Los Angeles Re/Max franchise. And they know its not morally right and ethically right to allow a franchise owner to act like this. We are hoping to end this soon and we hope that Re/Max International will do what they can to make things right. Note - Isn't it interesting that once 19 people at BEACH CITIES REALTY AND their BEACH CITIES ESCROW company are found to be involved in this MEGA FRAUD under the name Beach Cities Realty and Beach Cities Escrow, they [the REMAX owners and managers], then decide to wipe their slate entirely clean and change the name of all their 14 Remax offices to Remax ALL CITIES REALTY [OUR NAME] and the name of the escrow company to ALL CITIES ESCROW [OUR NAME].
Nice way to keep their public image! We at ALL CITIES REALTY have no fraud, bankruptcy, license revocation, or kickback issues.

1. The name of our company is ALL CITIES REALTY, Inc. We do business using the trademark ALL CITIES REALTY. We are suing Re/Max because they will not cease using the name ALL CITIES REALTY. A recent newspaper article in the Daily News makes many mis-statements and inaccurately reports on this current legal action.
2. This legal action does not involve Re/Max International, the franchisor. This is an action filed against an independently owned Re/Max franchise operated by CF Real Estate Loans, Inc. who is now using the name Re/Max ALL CITIES REALTY.
3. We believe that our federal trademark, our trade name, our corporate name are "protected by law" whether some company amends a "Re/Max" to the front of them or not. So whether they use ALL CITIES REALTY, or Re/Max ALL CITIES REALTY they are still infringing on our name. Whether its RE/MAX ALL CITIES REALTY or ALL CITIES REALTY they are using, it is without any doubt, confusing. This is the EXACT reason people and companies protect their names.
4. We do business in ALL Southern California from Santa Barbara to the Mexican border. We are expanding and currently advertising in 200 papers statewide. We have advertised Globally for 10 years and have had customers from all parts of the USA and different countries.
All Federal Trademark owners should be watching this case very closely. Can you imagine what this would do to Trademark Law? No name would be protected from these mammoth predators. However MOST companies would NEVER act like CF Real Estate Loans, Inc., the Defendant in this case.
