This is the list of: "Re/Max All Cities Realty [ now Re/Max marquee partners ]" & "ReMax All Cities Realty" agents being sued by All Cities Realty ®.

As of July 19, 2006 in Los Angeles Superior Court this list of names of current and former agents at Re/Max All Cities Realty [ now Re/Max marquee partners ] [AKA Re/Max Beach Cities Realty / CF Real Estate Loans, Inc.] was filed. It was submitted to Los Angeles Superior Court with the complaint [lawsuit] and the summons process has begun. Defendants were served starting on July 23, 2006.

The remainder of associated brokers and agents will be served in the coming weeks.

NOTE - Any new agents or brokers who join Re/Max All Cities Realty will be served as individual defendants.

We have implemented legal actions and lawsuits against the following real estate agents who are, or have been, associated with Re/Max All Cities Realty [ now Re/Max marquee partners ] since August of 2002.
