We have provided you with the court cases we could locate as of 11/7/2007. There are 100s and 100s of court cases. These include contract disputes, fraud, federal loan fraud, and many other types of legal action. These cases include all the lawsuits we could find from any venue. We have not searched under every agent they have had associated with them over the years, so there are more than likely many more cases. There are LOTS AND LOTS of law suits from our perspective.

Over the many years in business, these people, use and have used, so many different OFFICE NAMES we don't think you know who you are dealing with. You have to wonder why someone would want to change their name so many times. To be accurate we had to print out all the REMAX cases in the LA court system online using the franchise name remax - re/max. You would then need to narrow them down, case by case, page by page, because it would be impossible for us to separate and search all the different names and the all the variances of all those names.

From our perspective, the Todd's don't seem to care what they do... they have 100s and 100s of lawsuits, use OUR TRADEMARKED NAME in violation of law, use multiple names for a single office, incomplete names, names they have no license for, and names in situations that are very misleading and confusing etc.

Truthfully, from our perspective, because of these misleading situations, you never know who you are dealing with and its hard to sue when you can't figure out who REALLY owns the company. From OUR perspective it appears to be this way by DESIGN. Naturally, these are OUR opinions after 100s of hours of research on this group.

If you are truly interested, like their attorneys might be, you can print all the cases out, and do your research like we have. Circle all the cases that apply. We have provided all the cases that we could find. There are 100s and 100s like we state on other pages of this website.

We don't wish to nit pick here... Robert Todd has been in this business since about 1970... started with remax in about 1982 according to their website and Kelli came in sometime later. Bob has used LOTS LOTS AND LOTS OF DIFFERENT NAMES for his companies since that time. Lots and lots and lots of names - so this requires lots and lots of searching under different names. Different names, SAME PEOPLE BEHIND THE SCENES. That is why we have included all the cases here for YOU to research.

Even with Bob Todd's fraud conviction and the FACT that his California real estate license was REVOKED to protect the public, the REMAX International site says Bob and Kelli [not just Kelli] are the owners and Bob is STILL an owner, and STILL involved according to REMAX International's website. [COMMENT - Amazing how well our system works to protect the public, and you would now know all this unless we put this site up to protect you!] Magically though, Kelli claims to be the owner now.... at least to us she claims to be the owner. We sure would like to see some PROOF!

I am wondering how that works for Federal and State Taxes. When your dad just gifts you a mammoth company, because his real estate license is REVOKED! With all these valuable franchises, don't you have to pay an enormous amount in federal and state taxes if you are truly the owner and it was given to you??? Humm... we will need to check into this.

When looking at these legal cases:

• You must act as your own researcher!
• You must determine which cases belong to this company, these people, their agents.
• Many are very obvious but some are obscure.
• Obscure filings could be under the wrong name, only agent sued etc.
• We have NOT eliminated any cases, this is how they were listed, and this is how we present them.

Note - Court filings do not indicate guilt but they obviously do indicate people were unhappy enough to file the lawsuit.

The All Cities Realty v. Remax portion of our website is the story of how this gigantic Remax is trying to take our federal trademark. As promised on the web site earlier this year we noted there were 100s of cases out there against this company and these people. It is OUR opinion that when so many cases are filed that there may be a problem with the management, the ownership, the quality of the agents, the business model or something that is inherently wrong and that is the reason for the legal actions. Let's face it, when people are happy they don't have a reason to sue.

This is ALL public information and because they have used so many different names it is quite a task to locate all the court information about them. Because of that in the LA court system we searched remax and re/max and you would then need to print all these out and highlight all the names matching from the bottom of this page, both personal and business names and there are plenty.

These are public documents and the public needs to base its opinion knowing all the facts. This is why we have free speech and things like consumer reports etc. This is why legal actions are PUBLIC information!

Neither All Cities Realty, Inc., any agents, me, or my wife have EVER been sued for a single real estate related transaction or anything to do with real estate or consumer confidence!!!

CF Real Estate Loans, Bob Todd, Kelli Todd with their Goliath company trying to SUPPRESS THE TRUTH by using a second lawsuit to suppress our FREE SPEECH and to help them seize use of the All Cities Realty federal trademark! That is OUR opinion of this legal action and we feel it is obvious.

All Cities Realty, Inc. and I are HAPPY to fight for our FREE SPEECH rights and we are up for the fight for ALL the small business owners of this great nation!!!

We are fighting for the little guy, we are the little guy who had their trademark seized and now the little guy who's FREE SPEECH is being taken away. The only way to fight such an enormous company with so much money and power is to tell the truth just like Erin Brockovich of the Pacific Gas and electric legal action!

We are starting to feel like Erin Brockovich fighting the Bob and Kelli Todd Re/Max empire.
